At Potomac Parking Services we have various standards that we measure daily
that give us insight on our performance success and efficiency.
A business without standards
is a schizophrenic business.
We believe
standards describe the conditions that must exist before the performance can
be rated satisfactory.
In our daily checking by our supervisors we measure the following standards.

Employee uniforms are clean, pressed and complete.
¨
Employee hair is neat and managed.
¨
Equipment is clean and being used properly.
¨
Conversations with customers do not violate ethical or company guidelines.
¨
All customers are treated equally and professionally.
¨
Tickets are filled out completely.
¨
Equipment is operating properly.
¨
All perceived risks and dangers to customers are reported and removed.
¨
Entrance is free of ice and debris.
¨
Battery jumper is fully charged.
¨
Cars are properly parked in garage.
¨
Maintenance inspection each day followed by completion of maintenance
report.
¨
Registers are full of tape and drop safes are being used
¨
Lost keycards are immediately de-activated
¨
Trash is collected and disposed
